Reviews and Ratings
My stay started off on a bad note with a $20 early check-in fee and a hefty $250 deposit. The room had cleanliness issues, including dirty sheets and an unsightly patio. While the hot tub was a nice touch, there were communication gaps with the staff. On a brighter side, I did appreciate the comfortable king size bed and the warm atmosphere by the pool, but overall, my experience was disappointing, making me wish I'd chosen a different hotel.
My experience at this hotel was quite frustrating. The rooms were not clean and had a distinct smell, and I encountered issues with early check-in fees and unexpected deposits. The service was lacking and there were maintenance problems throughout the property. On the upside, the price was fair for what we got, but overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here.
My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The misleading photos made me expect something nicer, but the overall condition was subpar. The rooms had a funky, old smell, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. I did appreciate the cheaper rate during the Coachella Festival, but the experience was overall not worth it.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While some aspects were enjoyable, such as the clean pool and the healing water, there were significant issues that made my stay less than ideal. The rooms were quite dated and had noticeable cleanliness problems, which was disappointing given the price I paid. The staff were somewhat helpful, but there were moments where I felt the service could use some improvement.
